Company history:

    Arbortronics began in 1989 as a consulting company focused on analyzing and resolving field problems for complex microprocessor based equipment. Our operations rapidly expanded to include design, service, installation and maintenance, light assembly and contract manufacture of electronic sub-assemblies.

For each project the Arbortronics team analyzes the problem in conjunction with the client's engineering and manufacturing groups. We determine the root cause of the problem and recommend cost effective and efficient product design modifications to eliminate the cause.

With one client, Arbortronics investigated a popular electronic data acquisition system in wide commercial use experiencing major outages. After zeroing in on the problems related to the equipment power supply, we recommended several design modifications. These were implemented by our client and resulted in a significant increase in field reliability and a major reduction in service outages affecting customers.
